To facilitate the hosting of signing ceremonies and press conferences, the press centre has a number of individual halls designed in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum style and equipped with the necessary sound and video equipment, as well as other technical capabilities to ensure the effective work of media representatives at the event. Furthermore, several halls at the Forum site have been further equipped to organize remote online ceremonies in the case that one of the signing parties cannot be present in person.
Protocol and organizational support for signing ceremonies and press conferences at the press centre is handled by IQ Protocol, an official contractor of the Roscongress Foundation operating at the Russian Investment Forum, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Eastern Economic Forum. The signing ceremony point is another excellent option provided by the Roscongress Foundation for signing ceremonies at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
This option offers several advantages:
- Cost – there is no cost for renting a hall, payment for the ceremony is made for a 15-minute slot, and up to 3 signings can be held within one slot.
- A convenient location – there is no need to go to the press centre to sign an agreement as the signing ceremony point is located directly in the Passage, next to halls E11 and E12.
- The point is easily accessible to media representatives and is in plain view, so signings will attract the attention of journalists, photographers, and Forum participants.
- A paid slot includes the full package of protocol support for the signing ceremony with the provision of folders for signing, and pens with the Forum logo. The ceremony is supported by professional assistants and a moderator. The point is fully furnished, includes sound equipment, and is designed with St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2023 branding.
- Due to the high demand for the service, it is recommended to make an application and book the ceremony in advance

The forms have been compiled in a convenient and easy-to-understand format and allow us to collect the information required to start preparing for the event and to establish regular contact with the client.
Application submission procedure:

- It may take up to 5 business days to review your application.
- Applications are being accepted until 10 June 2022.
After receiving your application, we will contact you to clarify any information and discuss organizational matters.
If a single client is holding multiple consecutive signings, separate applications must be completed for each agreement being signed and sent to the email address provided above.
Please note that an application for protocol and organizational support for events at the press centre of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will only be accepted if an application has been submitted to reserve halls at the press centre.
